    I have a 120 year-old Victorian wrought iron and brass bed that requires a specific width mattress. OMNI Company came through for me and created a mattress that NO OTHER memory foam mattress company in ****** could offer. It was a special order that every other company declined to provide. Bravo to OMNI for this service. It arrived and was perfect for my antique bed. Thanks!

    I told the sakes man I didn't want to buy a full mattress unless I could get a frame for it as well. He assured me they had frame for the full mattress ibwas looking to buy. I felt pushed into buying it. I paid around 240.00 for delivery, which was delivered by ground. Took 6 days to arrive. There was no bed frame for the mattress. Why would I buy a mattress without the frame. Now my new mattress sits on the floor. I called in to find out. They deny me ordering a bed frame Again why would someone order a bed with out the fram. I'm so unhappy. Feel like I was lied to just to make a sale. I want out as the way I see it. They broke the contract. Not me. Lie about me not ordering a frame. Do not buy from Omni, they only care about getting paid. Maybe I should just close.my account at the bank and reopen another account. If they can break the contract and lie about it. Why should I honor the contract. In today's day, you would think a company would be better then this. Specially a Canadian company Makes me feel ashamed to be a Canadian

    We have reviewed your order and you were not charged for a frame. That being said we also listened to the call recording and you were advised that the frames are on back order. You were advised that you were welcome to wait a few weeks for our frames to come in or in alterative purchase your frame elsewhere. Either way you you were not charged for the frame and therefore I am not entirely sure why you are so upset. Almost all businesses are dealing with back order issues these days and it is certainly out of our control. There are many frames available on Amazon perhaps grab one there.

    I would never have agreed to pay $5000.00 on a cheap piece of garbage of a top most uncomfortable mattress ,:( I am being charged more than I thought meaning payments being taken bi- weekly, I was duped big time :( I want out of this ** contract and crappy bed please someone help me !!!!! Don't ever purchase from Omni Mattress, and I ended ** in the hospital for over a month and had absolutely no way to pay but borrowing to pay the ,$59.99 every two weeks!. I had heart surgery and almost died! I tried to ask for them to stop taking payments until I was able to work again as I wasn't eligible for medical Ei!. Please someone any help with this please get me out of this ***** ***** company.

Firstly, we reviewed the purchase agreement and your mattress was not $5,000. and we are not sure where you received that information from. Without giving specific information on this platform your purchase price was in the $2000 range. We also found notes stating that you were looking to purchase a 2nd mattress for your daughter. Which we also found unusual considering your dissatisfaction. On a final note please know that you are more than welcome to payout the loan anytime without penalty or additional costs. You will save a ton in interest by doing that.
