    Very happy with this company. Kelly at the office takes good care of the customers and keeping communication lines open and clear about when they will arrive which is very helpful. The quote they make are always competitive or I feel like I am getting a good deal which is so refreshing in this economy. Dave H came by to install a bathroom fan and we were very happy with his work and he had a friendly and kind demeanour which to me goes a heck of a long way when I have to ask someone to come into our home. We consistently call upon this company because of the heart behind their work.

    I booked a visit for the end of the work day and had to rush home and leave work undone for later. No one showed up and there was no communication. After contacting the company I received an apology and an offer to rebook. Same result. This time I received an apology and an explanation that they had a scheduling difficulty. I cannot recommend this company as they do not respect the time and effort customers make to facilitate work.
