      This is not a BBB accredited company, be very careful.Buyers beware! I have been a customer for over 10 years, my recent experience with the company has been the worst I've ever seen in retail or professionalism in my entire life. I have worked in retail, and never seen such unprofessionalism. I bought their in store product replacement and it's the worst warranty and experience I've ever witnessed.I had issue with a part I bought, went to the service **** and he was condescending, telling me it's impossible for the part to defect like that, argued for no sake, offered me an even more inferior product as a replacement, told me that it was me and my environment which damaged it. He made all these assumptions despite them not being true at all. I bought their in store product replacement as I thought they were reputable based off their ****** reviews which begs into question now if they're authentic or botted.I even bought thousands of dollars of parts at the time the employee was demeaning and belittling me.. imagine that.. 100% Canadian owned by the way.I returned the expensive and essential computer part to them, they wouldn't provide me a replacement in the meantime that I could use. The employee inspected the card, saw no issues and told me it would take 5 business days, I argued that I wasn't getting close to their 14 day return window for the parts I bought. It was a hassle. The employee put words in my mouth and tried to say I don't think they will find an issue, I would've been better going with the manufacturer 3 year warranty than this entire experience.He wanted to know the games I played, every single detail even when I gave him everything he needs to troubleshoot. The employee even deliberately canceled a refund on me. I phoned the manager to complain and they are all friends, he covered for him. Manager laughed at me and tried to refuse me service and give me back a defective product despite paying for extra their in store warranty.

      I have been a loyalty customer for Memoryexpress for over decades, and I have never tried to return any product cuz I shop carefully. On Aug 9, 2033, the very first time I tried to return a defective RAM and I got refused becuase of someone from ******* mistakenly mark my account as "no return" for a final sale back in years ago. People from Memoryexpres ******* never tried to help me and boss me around and trying to tell me "shut up and listen to them". I end up getting sick of Memoryexpress ******* and went home to call ******* myself. Only within less than a minutes, Memoryexpress ******* find out it was a entirely mistake and helped me remove that "no return" mark. However ******* store can't even find a minutes to talk to ******* and try to help me resolve such simple issue instantly. Furthermore, people in ******* store keep cutting me off and giving me the attitude, "that's not my business" or "that's not my concern". I wonder why they have such a department called "customer services" while there is absolutely ZERO services they provide other than shut you up and telling you what to do and what not. I will NEVER EVER do business with Memoryexpress no more. I am sure they are big business enough to need no customer like me, or maybe you neither.
