      I ordered online from *****, owned by Sobeys. It was a very bad experience. The **** bags were damp and some had a wet bottom, but worse was that they smelled like they had been pulled out of a garbage dumpster. The delivery guy made a comment that it was muggy outside and I didn't think anything of it until after he left and I started to unpack my groceries. They all smelled like they had been pulled out of a garbage dumpster. It was horrible. The labels on my can goods were soaking wet and smelled really bad. The almond milk I ordered wasn't cold, the gluten free bread I usually order frozen, but was unfrozen. The fresh ginger was ruined ,it was all soaked and smelly. The gluten free brownie box I ordered was wet and caving in. I had to wash all the groceries down with soap and water to get rid of the smell. Client care told me that they couldn't replace the order. I had to wait until the end of the day, receive a refund and then re-order. She didn't seem like she cared, didn't seem like she was listening to me. She said, "well the food inside the packages should still be good." Excuse me, do you think I would purchase a can of tomatoes with a wet label that smelled like garbage? Or a brownie box that was wet and caving in, or a container of room temp milk? I asked to speak to a supervior and she said she would escalate but they wouldn't call me back. I waited for the refund, and did NOT re-order. Someone should be able to to appologize and tell me what happened to my groceries,. Someone should have delivered a whole new order to me that day. If they think it's okay to deliver groceries this way I'll never order again. Don't order from here. Horrible Service.

      I purchased 12 month ANYTIME Pass. For months now I have not been able to get any morning delivery slots, nor have I been able to book any slots earlier than 5 days in advance. When I searched available times for an address literally 350m from me (I can see it from my house) it brings up all slots starting at 6AM until 10PM, beginning tomorrow. Full day availability for all addresses across the street from me. They claim they do not have resources yet I just explained to them that they have trucks available ALL day to go to my neighbours. CHANGE YOUR DELIVERY ZONES. ADD ENTIRE POSTAL CODES AS OPPOSED TO JUST THE FIRST 3 DIGITS. This is easily fixable on the backend. What a terrible experience. I purchased an anytime pass and they are only giving me evening slots. THAT IS NOT ANYTIME. That's false and misleading information to entice buyers. That's illegal. You changed the contract terms without notifying me. I'd suggest a consult with your legal department.

      Bought baby formula was the wrong kind tried to retun to my nearest sobeys they told me it had to go back to the store i bought it from they would take it back no questions asked 100% satisfaction grantee i went back to the sobyes i got it from and they refused to take it back saying there is no returns on baby products and that the other sobeys should have told ** that

      Management in the deli department is pretty messed up. I went there to see if any deli meat is on sale which there was, 99cents/100g which was a great deal so I asked for 600g but I noticed the price was high so I asked about it and the kind girl told me it wasn't on special but the sign was up so I asked if I can get the cut up portions for the special price. She proceeded to call the Manager which took 20mins to get back to only tell me they can't honor the special. I HAVE REPORTED THESE JOKERS TO THE BBB AND KEEP YOUR CUT UP MEAT GONE TO WASTE BECAUSE OF SOMEONE WHO LACKS COMMON SENSE!!!
