    On or around October 1 2022, I sought out the services of KK's Customs to create 4 large, outdoor decals. I gave specific measurements and details and the communication was good, initially. ********, the owner of KK Custom's, asked for 50% ($90)of the payment to begin the job. I paid. She then claimed she needed the remainder to buy more supplies. I paid($90). On delivery day, Oct 17, she claimed she needed gas money. I paid ($40). We organized a time/ place for delivery and she did not show. When I called, she gave an excuse but promised she would deliver. We arranged a few more times, but she never showed (October 17, 18, 20, 22). I asked to just leave the product in a bag and I could do a porch pick up. She refuses to leave them for me to pick up. I went to her house for pick up and she assured me, again, that she'd deliver. Nothing. On October 27, 2022 she promised me a refund and she'd drop them off. Again, made promises of delivery on October 28, November 1, 2, 12, 2022. Nothing. Then told me she'd send my refund on November 16, nothing, then it was November 18, nothing, and again on November 21, nothing. It has been extremely frustrating getting a hold of this person, the product, or the refund. On Nov 20, I went to her house for pick up, husband answered, claimed ******** wasn't home, acted as if he had no idea what I was talking about, told him to tell ******** to call me...nothing. ******** does not answer my calls or texts to explain what's going on. I am extremely frustrated and just want my product and money back . I am beginning to think she is a ***** and ******* and if so, others should know that money will be taken but the product will not be received/ delivered.

    I am rejecting this response because: 

    No, this complaint is not resolved.  *********** I complained against, KK Customs, claims she sent me a reimbursement on Nov 30.  I have ******** that screenshot and verified from the bank that it is a fake and there is no record of it on my bank statement.  She then sent me only $40 on Dec 12, I have ******** the screenshot and my bank statement to verify it.  The total amount owing is $220 and she has only paid $40 ,  $180 of which is still outstanding.  

    Please advise as to the next steps.
