We had paid and booked in for the September 21,2022 6:00pm Pasta class. The morning of the class at approximately 11:30am we received an email advising the class was postponed due to the instructor being sick. We rescheduled the class to October 26th at 6:00pm with a slight hiccup, but it was done. I called October 25th at around 5:40pm to see if I could move to another class or receive a credit as my youngest had a stomach bug and I would be able to attend. I was advised that I would have to forfeit the class as I had not provided 5 days notice. I advised that we had previously been postponed on the morning of and that I was just postponing that same class. The lady was quite rude and said she knows for a fact that it's 5 days. I asked her to check with her supervisor given the situation. 10 minutes later the same lady calls my phone and starts giving the whole scenario. I interrupt her and say I think you have the wrong number. She giggles, says sorry and hangs up. I think this double standard is unfair. I did not ask for a refund, I asked to postpone or a credit. The company postponed on the entire class day of, where I have provided 24 hour notice. Initially I did not want a refund, but after the way I was treated, I would like a refund to be processed.
