I contacted this company about cleaning an area rug. I was quoted $38 if I it dropped off, $94 if the cleaning was done on site, and $114 if they picked up and dropped off. I decided to drop it off since it was substantially cheaper, but when I drove to the store (35km from *******), it was closed. There was a number on the door to call if the store was closed, which I did, but there was no reply. I then contacted the number previously used via text and was informed that the store was only open on Wednesday, and to please return the next day. When I pointed out that 1) they had not informed me of this, and 2) I had driven from out of town to drop off the rug, their response was that they had not provided me with an address. I responded that the address is easily found on Apple maps, and that their website make no indication that the shop is closed except for Wednesdays. I received no further response. They did not contact me again, nor did they take any steps to improve the outcome. I would absolutely not recommend this company, given the fact that they did not provide all the relevant information when providing a quote, their complete disinterest in the costs I incurred of lost time and and fuel costs, as well as the fact that they couldn't be bothered to try to find a solution, or even offer an apology! If this is the way they do business, I am surprised that they are in business at all!

This customer engaged in messaging communication with our call center. Once she got pricing information, she stopped responding to messages. She did not ask about availability or scheduling for rug drop offs. She did not respond to the offer for a phone conversation prior to showing up at the shop. I will be calling her to discuss.
