    We parked our vehicle at Skyview parking lot November ***** 2024 Advertised to be secure, fenced, staffed, with option to valet vehicle to parking spot. Shuttle to airport, pick up from Airport and have vehicle ready to pickup .When we picked up or vehicle it was damaged, no explanation given to us. No responsibility taken. Unable to drive vehicle, passenger door dented in unable to open. Valve stem broken tire flat. Front fender damaged We reported the incident ti Calgary police, who completed a report #******** We asked for *** to change our damaged tire and assess drivability Staff had no explanation and gave us manager contact info **** ********, numerous phone calls and emails no response Lot has security cameras Insurance adjuster evaluated $7000 repairs needed.We feel it is unfair that our insurance has to cover the complete cost, we have to pay deductible, when obviously the employee parking our car hit likely a concrete parking divider We feel this business is not reputable, likely to repeat their response to others and should be held accountable Our concern is that we must pay the deductible and that our insurance premiums will increase and this is not fair as we trusted the lot to safeguard our car and take responsibility for their staff

    I paid this business $43.04 for parking my car there in october. My travel plans then changed and i no longer will be going on this trip and I requested a refund for this purchase amount. I received one email in return stating that i should receive this refund on my credit card statement and if not to contact again. I have now emailed and called asking about this as it has been 10 days with no sign of a refund and this business has not replied to my email or phone call.
