    In May of 2020 we had Aire Serve of Calgary install a new hot water tank, air conditioner, furnace, and humidifier. Our installation included the registration of equipment and the following warranty items:Furnace: 10 year parts, 20 year heat exchanger, 5 year labor warranty.AC: 10 year parts, 10 year compressor and coil, 5 year labour warranty Hot water tank: 6 year parts, 1 year labor warranty.In December of 2023 our furnace stopped working. We called Aire Serve of Calgary several times however the number if forwarded to another competing Company that the owner (*********************) owns (air west Mechanical). This company said they would not come and do the Aire Serve Repair work.I ended up having a different Aire Serve franchise (Aire Serve of Calgary South) do the work since nobody else would work on a unit under warranty, and upon doing the work we were informed that the original franchise had never registered any of our equipment and that there was no warranties on any of our installed equipment. The second franchise covered the material costs, be we received a labour bill for $800.I have tried to contact the owner of Aire Serve of Calgary multiple times for three months and he will not return calls or messages. When I talked to Aire Serve Corporate, they informed me that there was multiple issues of this owner using their brand to funnel to his other company, and alluded that there was legal processes ongoing. I have talked to the owners staff multiple times, and sent multiple e-mails and calls, however I have had no response.I would like the company to find out how to get the remaining warranties on our equipment, and to reimburse us the labor costs for the repair in December, which should have been covered by our warranty. We have all invoices and receipts.
