    Very shady bussiness practice, charged me for a service I never agreed too, nor needed or wanted

    Hi **** **** vehicle was towed by the request of a police agency. We are obligated to provide such services to keep public roadways open and safe. We are also then obligated to keep your vehicle safe and secure when in our possession. It can be frustrating when this happens, we do understand. Our pricing is transparent and no fees are hidden or undisclosed. We provide all of our fee structures to the police agencies we work for on a yearly basis to assure we remain within the provincial standards. Please feel free to reach out if you need further assistance understanding your invoice.
